Frank L. Marco
Frank L. Marco graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1981 and completed his nuclear engineering training at the United States Naval Nuclear Power School in 1983, serving as Combat Systems Officer and Engineering Division Officer aboard the USS Permit (SSN-594). He obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University in 1990 and began his career in wireless communications with McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc. Since that time, Frank has held senior leadership positions with SBA Communications, SpectraSite Communications, and other tower development companies, and brings to Summit Tower an extensive and comprehensive amount of experience in all aspects of tower site development, financing, project and property management.

Matthew Traiser is a veteran real estate attorney with over 25 years of direct experience in the wireless industry representing large and small tower developers with all aspects of the infrastructure development process, including initial site acquisition, leasing, and title curative matters, tenant lease agreements, construction related matters, mergers, acquisitions and financing, both within the United States and within Puerto Rico and Central America. Mr. Traiser has served as outside and inside counsel for communications tower developers with portfolios from just a few sites to over 15,000 individual facilities. Matthew is a co-founder of Summit Tower, LLC and has been personally involved in the acquisition, development and construction of all of the sites within the Summit Tower, LLC portfolio. That experience, together with his extensive practice and overall knowledge of the tower industry, allows Mr. Traiser to bring a unique set of skills and understanding to help wireless companies achieve their goals quickly, efficiently and in a cost effective manner
